Relax your eyes, and picture it.

The toilings and frustrations of your day have wound your muscles taught. Maybe there’s a growing inescapable crick in your neck, perhaps a knot clenching your shoulder blades, or a lancing pain down your spine. Yet, now I am here to release your tension.

The lights glow dimly. My music softly surrounds us. The bass thrums gently, undulating.

My caress will be slow and scrupulous. You will feel my touch fan out to your limbs. You’ll sense as my body draws close, while my palms wield great and gentle force. I listen through my body to each of your muscles- flowing with deep and deliberate pressure. Your aches will falter and recede, melting back into your bloodstream.

In its wake, sensation awakens. My sunset hued hair brushing your shoulder. My supple thighs and chest gliding across your back. Awakened awareness then alchemizes into pleasure. It rumbles deep in your core, before releasing, bringing your body back into balance.

I’ve spent 4 years honing my craft, feeling for resonance. Pulling threads from polyvagal theory, breathwork literature, and tantra to inform my practice delights me. I love when science and mysticism complete each other. I sate my constant curiosity by being a forever student of bodies, of people, of the universe.
