Buying an ad doesn’t mean you are immediately online. After pressing the Purchase button, the ad will be sent to the Review Department.

What’s the status of my ad?
Offline: The Ad or Service is not online.
Online: The Ad or Service is online.
Online – Order Returned: The changes on your Ad were reviewed and returned to your account without being Published. The original version of the online Ad is still online.
Offline – Order Returned: The Ad was reviewed and returned to your Account without being published. The payment spent on the declined Ad is on your Account Balance with which you can resubmit your ad for a review.
Online – Not Submitted changes: You made some changes to your ad but haven’t submitted it yet. You need to submit it for a review to have your changes online.
Offline – Not Submitted changes: The Ad was updated and saved only, you still need to submit it with the Submit button.
Paid – Order Under Review: The Ad was paid and submitted to the Review Department.
Paid – Hidden: You hid the already paid Ad, it’s not showing online
Why was my content returned? What do I need to do?
We send you a message when we return your content.
We provide all available information in the decline message.

Every type of content can be declined even after previous approval.
What’s the status of my Premier Service?
Future: You paid the Premier Service, it will show online in the future.
In the Bag: You have successfully checked out a Premier Service or an Ad, it was placed in the Shopping Bag and you can Purchase it.
Assigned: The Premier Service is successfully linked to one of your Ads.
Not Assigned: The Premier Service is not linked to any of your Ads, it won’t show online

Payment
What are my payment options?
Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa)
My content was returned and I didn’t receive my payment back to my Credit Card?
We do not refund to your Credit Card after every decline.
Your payment will be placed back on your account and can be found in your Account Balance.
I want my money back on my bank account, NOW.
A refund to your Credit Card is not immediate, it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s processing times.
ATTENTION: After the 2nd refund you will be blocked from Credit Card use.
I can’t pay with a Credit Card, what could be the reason?
Disable your VPN or Proxy first. Contact us if you still have issues with paying.
I accidentally canceled a service.
It’s not possible to accidentally cancel a service as you must confirm the cancellation.
What kind of compensations do you offer?
In some very special and rare cases – confirmed and investigated by Eros – placing credit on an account or a refund to Credit Card will be offered.
Can I get some compensation for Premier Services?
Premier Services will not be compensated once they have been booked. All sales are final.

What type of ads are available on Amour Escorts?
If you have multiple models on one account: all documents for one model must be uploaded to their own separate profile. You only need one profile for each model even if they have different ad personas.
What are Profiles?
Single entertainer advertisements do not allow model switching.
To publish a new model, you must build a new ad and profile for that model.
Multi entertainer advertisements do allow model switching.
Can I switch ad market locations?
Ad market location switching can’t be done on online ads, but it can be done on offline ads.
There is no edit pencil symbol on my photos.
If there is no edit pencil you need to delete the photo and upload it as a new photo to get the edit option.
I saved my ad, now what?
Once you pressed the Save button in the Ad Builder, your ad will be saved for 14 days before it is deleted.
Saving an ad means you can work on it later, but it won’t make your ad online.
My edit was not free.
Some edits have extra costs, for example: adding another main category or upgrade to VIP.

How do I become Amour Escorts Verified?
